Return and Refund Policy

At Goddess Jewelry, we want you to love your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return. To qualify for a return, items must be in the original condition as received, unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase, as this will be required for the return process.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@mygoddessjewelry.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Kindly ensure that items are securely packaged in the original jewelry box, placed in a mailer pouch, and include your proof of purchase. You may keep or dispose of the larger mailer box. Items sent back to us without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you notice any defects, damage, or receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@mygoddessjewelry.com. Attach photos of the damage, and include your order number in the subject line so we can promptly assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized pieces). If you have questions or concerns regarding your specific item, please contact us.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item, and upon approval, place a new order for the item you want.
