Returns
We offer a 14-day return/exchange policy. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return.
Return Requirements:
- Items must be in their original condition as received—unworn, unused, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for the return process.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Email us at support@mygoddessjewelry.com with your order number in the subject line.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
- Securely package the item in the original jewelry box, place it in a mailer pouch, and include your order number inside. You may keep or dispose of the larger mailer box.
Note: Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you notice any defects, damage, or receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@mygoddessjewelry.com.
When reaching out, please:
- Attach photos of the damage.
- Include your order number in the subject line.
This will help us promptly assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including:
- Custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized pieces).

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please:
- Initiate a return for the original item.
- Upon approval, place a new order for the item you want.
